The first page of Dear Dumb Diary is a letter on the first page of the character Jamie Kelly's diary. It basically says that if she did NOT give you permission to read it that you have to stop! It also says that if you are this character's parents and you get on to her for doing stuff she not supposed to do then she will know they read her diary.
Page 1-5 Page 2
On the second page of Dear Dumb Diary it has PS, PSS, PSSS, and a note from her friend Isabella. The PS basically say that if it is a girl named Angeline that is reading her diary that little trapdoors will open because the room is under video surveillence. Then the room would be filled with venomous scorpions riding rats. It also says MAW-HA-HA-HA! Then I love animals. The PSS says that if Margaret or Sally are reading her diary that they will also be caught on tape. The PSSS says that if it is her friend Isabella reading her diary then to just stop it and that she had caught her doing it like nine times. The note says that she {Isabella} did not read Jamie's diary and that she agrees on what Jamie wrote about her mom.

On page three it talks about her {Jamie} and her mom got into a discussion about trends and it said that her mom did not know a lot about her school's trend.
Page 1-5 Page 4
On page four it talks about her going way ahead of her schedule all the way until she is in her room. It also has the most dangerous things on Earth list. Here is what it says: A bear that can burp up hand grenades, a giant shark with little sharks as teeth, and her mom when you are trying to make her angry.

On page five it says that she is in her room five hours earlier than usual. Also to make her matters worse her dad is sitting there trying not to laugh.
